Treated Wood
The SPIB Quality Mark

The SPIB Mark is a widely accepted and well-established symbol of quality in the Southern Yellow Pine Industry both for lumber and treated wood products. The distinctive mark with its angular SPIB letters has signified voluntary producer adherence to the Bureau's standards of quality for over 5 decades and is widely recognized and accepted by specifiers, users, and code enforcement personnel. SPIB offers assistance to specifiers, consumers, manufacturers, and building officials for product re-inspection and product certification services.
