Truss Plant inspections are available to truss plants in the Southern Pine producing area.The inspections are performed by SPIB staff on a regular basis (one a month, and at some plants, two times a month) and involve a sample inspection of the lumber in inventory at the plant.A report (on a special form) is issued showing the results of the sample inspection.Truss plants use this service as a part of their quality control program.

Schedule of Charges:
One-half a minimum Certificate Inspection charge.Currently the truss plants are charged $150.00 per inspection, white lumber only.
