This course will be directed at the dry kiln operator, and dry end supervisory personnel. The course will cover the basics of kiln drying, setting up schedules for the desired end product, troubleshooting kiln problems, preventative maintenance, and quality control issues related to drying. There will be a discussion on DIRECT FIRE kilns as well as STEAM.
