This program is available to producers and users in the manufacture of pallets, crates, boxes and dunnage. A method to verify the compliance of lumber products to IPPC requirements is to audit the heat-treating process and the use of these heat treated products in the production of wood packaging material. Chemical impregnation by fumigation is not included in the scope of this program.
